NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session class for families, caregivers and friends of people living with mental health conditions.
Taught by trained volunteers who are family members with lived experience of caring for loved ones with mental illness, NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about caring for someone with a mental health condition, and teaches skills and strategies through presentations, discussion and interactive exercises.
